FAQs

This application gives one regional admin access to the member data we have on file for your region. If you need more people to access it let us know so we can add their email address

The data is pulled directly from our main database and will be accurate at the time we send you the report.

The data in these reports is extracted using an API from our main database

The emails in the form above are hardwired into the application, so that membership data for your region can only be sent to you.

The column labelled "Current" can show any of the following:

Current = The member is currently receiving member benefits.

Grace Period  = The member is currently receiving benefits - but is beyond their expiry date. They have 60 days from the expiry date to renew before benefits are withdrawn.
To print out a repor for a single member only with everything together on one page, select the option "Email me a detailed profile for a SINGLE MEMBER"
The form will then present a new field asking for the Member ID from column B of the member list. Copy this from an excel report that you already generated, and paste it into the new field on the form.
