Veterinary medicine is rewarding, but it can also be isolating. Many of us carry stress quietly, unsure where to turn for real understanding. The Veterinary Hope Foundation (VHF) exists to change that — by connecting veterinarians in small, professionally facilitated support groups designed to foster resilience, reduce burnout, and remind us we’re not alone.

Join us for this special introductory webinar, where you’ll learn how VHF’s groups work, why they’re uniquely designed for veterinary professionals, and how participation can strengthen both your personal wellbeing and your professional life.

Learning Points:

  1. Understand the role of peer-support groups in reducing isolation, stress, and compassion fatigue among veterinary professionals.

  2. See how VHF’s six-week cohort model works — including group structure, facilitation, and confidentiality safeguards.

  3. Learn how to get involved in upcoming groups and discover what past participants have found most valuable.
