Thoracic Radiographic Interpretation

This interactive case-reading session invites participants to work through radiographic images alongside experienced radiologists. Using cases drawn from real practice, the presenters will walk through their approach to evaluating radiographs, covering image technique, interpretation, and case synthesis. Throughout the session, there will be ample time for discussion and questions, giving attendees the chance to test their own reasoning against the experts'.

By the end of this session, attendees will be able to:

1Assess radiographic image quality by evaluating technical factors such as positioning, exposure, and patient preparation, and recognize how technique affects diagnostic accuracy.
2Apply a systematic approach to interpreting radiographs, identifying normal anatomy and distinguishing it from significant abnormal findings.
3Synthesize radiographic findings with clinical context to develop a prioritized differential diagnosis and guide next steps in patient management.
