About this session

Doing More with the Team You Have: How Upstate Veterinary Specialties Modernized Its Workflow

Upstate Veterinary Specialties (UVS), a specialty and emergency hospital in New York, faced many of these same pressures. In this webinar, the UVS team will share how implementing Instinct EMR helped connect its clinical and operational workflows. This includes digital treatment sheets with automated charge capture, built-in dosing calculators, patient safety warnings, and Plumb’s drug information available at the point of care.

You will hear what worked, what UVS learned during implementation, and how the team evaluated the impact. These insights can help you identify practical improvements for your own practice, regardless of the software you currently use.

From the Upstate Veterinary Specialties team: "I think we would all agree that Instinct has helped us tremendously with workflow deficiencies, particularly in areas such as medical record completion, rDVM communications, charge capture, patient safety, case throughput, wait times, etc."

Who should attend: Practice owners, medical directors, practice managers, veterinarians, technicians, and team members looking to spend less time on documentation and inefficient workflows.

Presented in partnership with Instinct.
