We’re pleased to invite you to this year’s Annual Business Meeting, which will be held virtually via Zoom.
Each year, we gather to provide an update from the President and Treasurer, and to honor the memory of those members who have recently passed. This meeting also includes the elections for the 2026 President-Elect and a change to the bylaws to enable a 2-year term.
We’ve also reserved time for member questions, so we encourage you to bring any inquiries or thoughts you’d like to share.

2024 Minutes: Annual Business Meeting

Dr Lauren Kleine, DVM President, called the 2024 Annual Business meeting to order.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE 2022 ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING

PRESIDENT’S REPORT
Lauren Kleine DVM, President 2024 presented a report of the activities of the past year.
TREASURER'S REPORT
Victoria Bentley, DVM, Treasurer presented a report of the financial activities.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Dr. Jeanne Best has been nominated by the Executive Board as a candidate for President-Elect, to begin her term as President Jan. 1, 2026. Her biography was published to the members in accordance with our Bylaws and proxies were issued to all members, of which over 100 have been received.
There were no nominations from the floor, and the motion to elect Dr. Best was approved unanimously.
Dr. Victoria Bentley has been nominated by the Executive Board as a candidate for Treasurer. She is the incumbent and would begin her second 4 year term on Jan. 1, 2026. Her biography was published to the members in accordance with our Bylaws and proxies were issued to all members, of which over 100 have been received.
There were no nominations from the floor, and the motion to elect Dr. Bentley was approved unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Dr Kleine called for a motion to adjourn.
